The agency, DSP Media, said the three members (Han Seung-yeon, Nicole Jung and Kang Ji-young) "signed an agreement after discussing the areas of dispute". They will drop their lawsuit seeking to nullify their contract, return to the company and take part in recording their next album set for release in Japan.

On Jan. 19, the three told DSP they were terminating their contracts.

While the contract dispute raged on, Kara album "Jet Coaster Love", released in Japan on April 12, climbed straight to the top spot in the Oricon Weekly charts, marking a first for a Korean female band.
