Sistar recently posted some teaser images for their upcoming album on their official social network accounts, raising expectations of a June 22 release.

AOA, relative newcomers who became hugely popular last year, are also ready to join the competition with a mid-June release.

Girls' Generation, now with eight members, plan to present local fans with their first new album since the abrupt departure of Jessica late last year.

Girls Day will release their first new full-length album in a year. The girls will hold a showcase for their latest effort on July 6.

Also in the pipeline are new albums from Nine Muses, a group comprising former fashion models, and A Pink, who have set themselves apart from other "sexy" girl groups by presenting a "wholesome" image.
