Ko Eun-mi in "The Golden Empire"

Actress Ko Eun-mi is joinng the SBS drama "Empire of Gold".

"Empire of Gold" is a family political drama in which a fight breaks out between two families for the position of emperor in the early 1990s. it is written by Park Kyeong-soo and produced by Jo Nam-gook from the drama "THE CHASER - Drama" last year.

Ko Eun-mi's role in the drama is the eldest daughter-in-law to chairman Choi Dong-seong (Park Geun-hyung) and the daughter of the president of a bank. Jeong Eun-jeong is a passionate character who adds intensity and excitement to the drama.

Other casts include, Go Soo, Lee Yo-won, Son Hyun-joo, Jang Shin-young, Ryu Seung-soo and more. To be aired this July.
