The Strategy and Finance Ministry has submitted to the National Assembly a national fiscal plan for 2010 through 2014.

The report says childcare service recipients will grow from 44 percent this year to more than 52 percent in 2014, and that of government-funded homes for the low-income class will triple in number. A combined 310-thousand such homes have been built this year.
