Shin Ye-eun leads prominent roles in both dramas and has proven herself versatile. The two characters are extremely opposite and Shin Ye-eun nailed both of them. Whilst Shin Ye-eun's character, Chan-mi, stands up against bullying in "Revenge of Others". Her character, Park yeon-jin, is a vicious bully in "The Glory".

"The Revenge Of Others" tells the story of Chan-mi, a high school shooting athlete. She begins to investigate her twin brother's death. She believes that he had not committed suicide but was murdered. Whilst on her path to get her revenge, she also avenges other victims. The drama heavily emphasizes the struggles of youth and bullying. Starting off with episode 2, she joins hands with Ji Soo-hyeon (Lomon) to help a rape victim. Ok Chan-mi is an empathetic character who uses her bravery to help others whilst also struggling too.

Shin Ye-eun surprises fans when, not even a month later, she appears on screen again. She plays the younger version of Park Yeon-jin in the Netflix series, "The Glory". Park Yeon-jin is the most terrifying bully you will ever find. She is fearless and has an evil mind. One would perhaps call her a delinquent, seeing how she went to a church with a shirt exposing her breasts. But she is far more from that.  Moon Dong-eun is one of the many unfortunate victims who fell into her treachery.

She would torture her by burning her skin with her iron rod, crashing her place and obtaining every method to make her miserbale.

Shin Ye-eun embodies the darkness to an extent that it can give you shivers. Her sinister smile and haunting gaze makes us wonder if she is still the same person who played Chan-mi.

Do you agree?
