Ha Ji-won to Join Director Lee Ji-won-IV's Latest, "Portrait of a Family" With Ryu Seung-ryong

Actress Ha Ji-won confirmed her first 2020 film as director Lee Ji-won-IV's "Portrait of a Family".

"Portrait of a Family" is a family noir about an affluent married couple crashing hard to the ground after getting involved in a case and struggling to retrieve what's theirs. The film is director Lee Ji-won-IV's latest and previously cast actor Ryu Seung-ryong as the main role.

Ha Ji-won is expected to take on the role of Nam-mi, a former top star who degrades down to a 'bare-minimum' star. The collaboration between reputable actors Ryu Seung-ryong and Ha Ji-won is raising anticipation, while the meeting between director Lee Ji-won-IV and Ha Ji-won, who have been loved for their various genres ranging from mellow to action, is also drawing keen attention.

Actor Ryu Seung-ryong, who represents Chungmuro, actress Ha Ji-won, who is a bundle of diverse colors, and director Lee Ji-won-IV, who captures both cinematic and talkative features, are in sync for "Portrait of a Family", which begins filming this June.
