Ha Jung-woo and Hwang Jung-min's "Narco-Saints" to Be Released on September 9th

"Narco-Saints", an upcoming series directed by Yoon Jong-bin, featuring Ha Jung-woo, whom he worked with previously on "Nameless Gangster", will be released on Netflix next month.

On the 8th, Netflix announced that "Narco-Saints" will be broadcasted on September 9th. The work depicts the story of a drug dealer and a man involved in the country of Suriname in South America who accepted the secret mission of the NIS.

Ha Jung-woo will take the role of Kang In-goo, a man who risked his life to participate in the NIS' operation, and Hwang Jung-min will play the role of Jeon Yo-han, a drug dealer who took control of Suriname. In addition, Park Hae-soo will play the role of the NIS agent Choi Chang-ho who started the operation to catch Jeon Yo-han, and Jo Woo-jin will be in charge of the action leader Byeon Gi-tae, Jeon Yo-han's right-hand man. Jeon Yo-han's lawyer, David Park, will be played by Yoo Yeon-seok, and Taiwanese actor Chang Chen will be the notorious head of the Chinese organization in Suriname.

Yoon Jong-bin, who directed "The Spy Gone North" (2018), "KUNDO : Age of the Rampant" (2014), and "Nameless Gangster", took the megaphone. Director Yoon Jong-bin and Ha Jung-woo previously worked together on "KUNDO : Age of the Rampant" and "Nameless Gangster", as well as "The Moonlight of Seoul" (2008) and "The Unforgiven" (2005), with "Narco-Saints" as their fifth collaboration.
