"[Eye Plus] Savor taste of Gwangjang market"

Enjoy this photo gallery of Gwangjang's traditional market on The Korea Herald. The market has been active for over a century, and according to the Ministry of Culture, "it is among the 100 must-visit places chosen by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism this year". To locals and foreign foodies, Gwangjang is best known for its "mayak gimbap", a spicy seaweed roll with rice.

"OMIJA TEA (FIVE FLAVOR BERRY TEA)"

"Omija" translates to "five flavour berries" because it contains five distinct flavours: sourness, sweetness, bitterness, pungentness, and saltiness. "In other cultures, omija is known as Schisandra berry, schizandra berry and magnolia berry". Sue tells us that ouija is perfect for fruit punches, adding to alcoholic drinks, or simply on its own as a tea (which has some great health benefits).
