"'Korean food needs global recognition'"

Judy Joo, a Korean-American chef and owner of the TV show "Korean Food Made Simple", believes that South Korean food, despite its apparent popularity, isn't getting the international recognition it deserves. The World Hansik Festival recently concluded in Seoul, and it was there that Yun expressed her concern over how Korean food is perceived and presented internationally. "Everyone knows so much about Japanese and Chinese food and it's so frustrating", said Joo.

"Korean-Mexican fusion in Seoul"
