[HanCinema's News] "Extraordinary Attorney Woo" Tops Kino Lights Leaderboard for Third Straight Week

On July 25th, the South Korean OTT platform released data about which dramas and films are most popular on its services over the third week of July, here defined as July 16th to July 22nd. Again television dramas and films alike, the legal drama "Extraordinary Attorney Woo" was the best performing product for the third straight week. The news comes in the wake of "Extraordinary Attorney Woo" hitting ratings of 13.093% in its most recent episode, the eighth, which aired on July 21st.

In second place was "The Witch : Part 2. The Other One" which saw its release in South Korean theaters this past June 15th. Both "Extraordinary Attorney Woo" and "The Witch : Part 2. The Other One" are noteworthy for featuring leading actress Park Eun-bin in a leading role. The twenty-nine year old actress has been a staple in South Korean dramas for quite some time, but had not, until "Extraordinary Attorney Woo" came out, been considered a major draw in her own right.
