[HanCinema's News] Interest Builds for Upcoming Park Seo-joon Fan Meeting

Kakao TV has been aggressively promoting an upcoming fan meeting for actor Park Seo-joon, which will be held on the platform this coming May 15th at five in the afternoon Korean time. Entitled Park Seo-joon, Comma, this fan meeting will be the first one Park Seo-joon has held in four years. Park Seo-joon has appeared in a promotional spot where he encourages fans to attend, stating that he hopes they can make happy memories together.

The concept for the fan meeting is a ten year retrospective looking back at Park Seo-joon's career. The first credited screen role for the actor was in "Perfect Game" back in 2011. Though the movie was screened in December, it had been filmed earlier in the year during more appropriate weather for producing a baseball film. The fan meeting is also projected to have discussion of what Park Seo-joon should aspire to for his image in his thirties, with his twenties-era now firmly behind him.
Because COVID-19 has rendered a personal fan meeting impractical, various special activities have been planned to take advantage of the streaming format for the event. Internationally, the event will be broadcast live from the KNTV television network in Japan, and everywhere else by the 1theK originals via YouTube. The director of the project has promised mutual comfort between star and fans in these difficult times.
