[HanCinema's News] Moon Jung-hee Surprises Fans With Dog Obsession

2019/10/02 | 257 views | Permalink

Moon Jung-hee is not particularly well-known in the South Korean entertainment industry. However, interest in the actress has spiked thanks to her distinctive appearance on "Vagabond".

So it was with surprise that fans looked her up and found that, while her Instagram account does have references to her acting work, social media for her is less about typical brand promotion and more about showing off her love of dogs.

But not just any kind of dog. In contrast to the smaller toy dogs more generally popular in South Korean cities, Moon Jung-hee is raising a golden retriever. His name is Manu and she discusses the importance of maintaining his fur and drying him properly after they have gone out running. She also likes taking pictures of him with other dogs as well as a golden retriever doll, which appears to be his favorite toy.

Moon Jung-hee made her premiere as a stage actress back in 1998. Her last leading role in a television drama was "Sweet, Savage Family" back in 2015, and she has had a few minor film roles since then.
