[HanCinema's News] Park Seo-joon and the Rest of "The Divine Fury" Cast Holds Showcase at Lotte World

On July 11th Park Seo-joon and the rest of the cast of "The Divine Fury" appeared for a special showcase at Lotte World. Director Kim Joo-hwan, Ahn Sung-ki, and Woo Do-hwan were also in attendance. South Korean press was on hand to document the event.

"The Divine Fury" is the story of a champion fighter who works with a priest to deal with a mysterious evil force. Expectations are high for the film - it's a major summer release that features younger stars with a fairly serious if inherently fantastical tone.
The relevant professionals put a lot of emphasis on how "The Divine Fury" is an action film. Park Seo-joon called it a taste of hell. His co-stars and director Kim Joo-hwan also talked up the radical shift this role marks from how Park Seo-joon has been seen up until now. Woo Do-hwan, in his role as the film's villain, had to undergo similarly intensive training in order to match the movie's vicious tone.
"The Divine Fury" will release in South Korean theaters on July 31st.
