[HanCinema's News] Speculation Mounts About Authenticity of Jung Joon-young's 'Golden Phone'

On March 19th, the SBS program 'Night of TV Entertainment' revealed suspicious circumstances in the turnover of Jung Joon-young's 'Golden Phone' to authorities. Namely, the program noted how Jung Joon-young re-entered South Korea from the United States on March 12th, but was not searched at that time.

It was only two days later that Jung Joon-young was called in for his lengthy extended interview with criminal investigators. Supposedly three phones were recovered at that time, but a lawyer on the program noted that there has been no official proof offered as to the chain of custody.
Jung Joon-young is expected to be taken into police custody on March 21st for his role in secret sexual videos made at the 'Burning Sun' nightclub. Evidence from his phones, whether any of the currently collected ones are the 'Golden Phone', has already been sending shockwaves through the South Korean entertainment industry revealing a large list of celebrities engaged in illicit crimes.
