High School Students Graduate Ahead of Lunar New Year

Graduates and their parents bow to their teachers to express their gratitude.

The graduation ceremony of this school was held in a traditional way where each and every graduate was the focus of the day.

The graduates present a musical performance they created themselves.

After taking their final exams, they wrote the script, came up with the choreography and wrote the songs.

Another high school gives each of its 200 graduates a bank account with ten-thousand won in it along with their graduation certificates so they can prepare for the future.

Graduation ceremonies in South Korea have become festivals where graduates celebrate the start of their social life.
