Actor Hwang Dong-joo plays Lee Hwi-hyang's younger brother.

The agency STIT Entertainment said on the 18th, "Hwang Dong-joo has confirmed his appearance in KBS 2TV's daily drama "Gold Mask"".

The "Gold Mask" depicts the tragedy of three women's desires and greed in a mad fight. Hwang Dong-joo plays Go Dae-cheol, a restaurant manager. When he was young, he lost his parents and was raised by his older sister Go Mi-sook (Lee Hwi-hyang). He seems incomplete, but he has a unique history of being a former special forces fighter.

Hwang Dong-joo debuted in 1996 with KBS 2TV's "Love Blooming Season". He performed in the dramas "Two Mothers" (2014), "The Great Wives" (2015), "Father, I'll Take Care of You" (2016-2017), "Shall We Live Together" (2018), "The Item" (2019), "Royal Secret Agent" (2020-2021), and "Red Shoes" (2021).

"Gold Mask" will be broadcast after "Love Twist".
