Hwang Jung-eum, Park Seo-joon, Go Joon-hee, and Choi Si-won... Confirmed for "She Was Pretty"

The cast of MBC's new Wednesday-Thursday drama "She Was Pretty" has been finalized with actors Hwang Jung-eum, Park Seo-joon, Go Joon-hee, and Choi Si-won signing on to the project.

"She Was Pretty" is a romantic comedy about an ugly woman who used to be a rich and pretty but suddenly became nothing after her family went bankrupt, and a "used to be fat but now model hot" guy's journey to find his secret first love. Hwang Jung-eum will be playing the Kim Ri-won-I who has nothing going for her while Park Seo-joon will be a vice magazine editor who used to be fat but now model hot. The two costarred in "Kill Me, Heal Me", a drama that aired early this year, as twin siblings. This time, they will be each other's first love. So, the viewers are hyped about the show.

In addition to the two, the cast in completed with Go Joon-hee and Choi Si-won signing on to the show. Go Joon-hee is playing voluptuous Hotelier Min Ha-ri. She is Kim Ri-won-I's best friend and even share memories with her. However, things get complicated when Kim Ri-won-I asks her to meet with Ji Sung-Joon pretending to be her and she accepts.

Choi Si-won will play the features editor Shin Hyeok. The character is a shamelessness and playful free spirit. He is a mysterious person who is a long term guest in a hotel suite.

Bone factory, the producers of the show, said "This is the best cast for the romantic comedy feel the show is going for. "She Was Pretty" is scheduled to start airing on September 16th as a follow up to "Scholar Who Walks the Night" currently on air.
