Hyun Jyu-ni cast for "Perfect Game" as hot blood Lotte fan

2011/08/08 Source

Actress Hyun Jyu-ni has been cast for the baseball movie "Perfect Games" with Cho Seung-woo and Yang Dong-geun.

"Perfect Game" is about the greatest pitchers in Korean baseball, Seon Dong-yeol and Choi Dong-won and their friendship, played by Yang Dong-geun and Cho Seung-woo.

Hyun Jyu-ni's role is Seo-hyeong's (Choi Jung-won) friend, a tough Busan Lotte fan who quits her job because it doesn't let her take a break from work when she wants to go a baseball game.

The production says, "Hyun Jyu-ni is perfect for the role of a 'full force' Busan Lotte fan as she is very clear in her own color and existence".

Hyun Jyu-ni was commented very favorably in the drama "IRIS" when she played the role of a cold city girl who was confused between love and met a tragic end. She also did very well in the drama "I Am A Legend" with her peculiar voice and musical talents.

The cast includes not only Hyun Jyu-ni but Choi Jung-won, Lee Byung-joon and others. The shoot started in the beginning of August and is planned to be released in December.
