Im Si-wan to come back with MBC "Triangle - Drama"

2014/03/11 | Permalink | Source

Skilled actor and idol singer Im Si-wan is coming back with the new MBC drama "Triangle - Drama".

He takes on the role of Jang Dong-joon (Yoon Yang-ha), the youngest of three brothers.

"Triangle - Drama" is a mellow drama about three brothers who separate after their mother passes away and goes on with life not knowing about one another until they reunite. Im Si-wan's role of Jang Dong-joon is one who is adopted into a rich family and is raised better off than his brothers, Dong-soo and Dong-cheol.

However, he is cold and cynical as he lives with a trauma which could lead to his abandonment.

Writer Choi Wan-gyoo says, "I wrote this drama under the theme that although the world and social conditions change, we can make it through with new methods and techniques".

Im Si-wan was noticed in 2012 in the MBC drama "The Sun and the Moon" and later starred in KBS 2TV "The Equator Man", "Hope for Love" and others. He also starred in the movie "The Attorney" and is about to film "Night Study".
