Incheon Airport Marks 18th Anniversary

Incheon International Airport last week celebrated its 18th anniversary.

Often rated one of the best in the world, the airport said Sunday that the number of global travelers passing through its gates has been growing at an average of 7.7 percent a year.

Last year saw an all-time high of 67.6 million passengers.

Since opening on March 29, 2001, it has become the fifth-busiest airport in the world after Dubai International, London's Heathrow, Hong Kong International and Amsterdam's Schiphol.
