Indonesian K-Pop Reality Show to Be Filmed in Seoul

The Seoul Metropolitan Government said on Wednesday that the final round of the most popular K-pop show in Indonesia will be filmed in Seoul over the next six months.

The city government announced it would actively support the filming in Seoul, including financial assistance for finalists' professional vocal and dance training by Korean star-training agencies, free tours of famous tourist destinations, and the securing of well-known sites as filming locations.

The producers and 11 finalists of "Galaxy Superstar" arrived in Seoul earlier this month. The star aspirants are being trained by top Korean entertainment companies to hone their voices and learn professional choreography.

To better understand the land of K-Pop, they will have a chance to learn some basic Korean, taste various street food and participate in street performances in Dongdaemum among other places.
