Lee Ji-eun to Star in "Broker"

Singer and actress Lee Ji-eun confirmed starring in the film "Broker".

Film production company Zip told Dongah.Com that Lee Ji-eun is starring in the film "Broker" but details about filming are yet to be decided.

"Broker" is the first Korean film directed by Hirokazu Koreeda. It is an original screenplay that has been planned for a long time with the domestic production team for about five years. Hirokazu Koreeda has already been working on the scenario in Korea since last month.

"Broker" is a film about people who have become involved around 'the Baby Box' which is designed to allow people who cannot raise children to leave their babies anonymously. Song Kang-ho, Gang Dong-won and Bae Doona have been cast previously.
