Jae Hee Makes Inroads into Taiwan

2005/07/05 | Permalink | Source

Young-generation star Jae Hee is poised to emerge as a new hallyu star. He will visit Taiwan on July 10 to promote the series "Sassy Girl, Chun-hyang", in which he plays the lead. The series has been airing in that country since June 4 on GTV as a weekend drama.

During his visit, Jae is determined to do his best to promote "Sassy Girl, Chun-hyang" by meeting over 100 fans, appearing on a live show on GTV and holding a press conference with over 20 journalists expected from the local media. On July 12 and 13, he will also hold a photo session for his mobile photo album.

After finishing the filming of the movie "The Art of Fight", where Jae co-stars alongside Baek Yoon-sik, in late August, the actor will launch a promotion tour in Japan, where he is known for his role in Kim Ki-duk's movie "3-Iron". The tour is expected to further boost Jae's popularity as a K-pop star in that country.

After returning from Japan, Jae will choose his next role, which is likely to be a big-screen role, according to his agency.
