Jang Dong-gun Named As Most Impressive Actor

Movie fans have picked Jang Dong-gun as Korea's best actor for 2005.
According to a Gallup survey of 1,500 Korean adults, one out of five respondents said Jang's performance was the most impressive among Korean actors last year.
Jang starred in the Korean blockbuster "Typhoon", and The Promise, a fantasy film jointly produced by Korea, China and the U.S.
Lee Young-ae, the heroine in "Sympathy for Lady Vengeance", ranked second, followed by Jeon Do-yeon and Hwang Jung-min, the two leading actors in the recently-released film "You are my Sunshine".
