Japan to hold 2005 Hallyu All Star Summit

The 2005 Hallyu All Star Summit, a large-scale event that will bring together all hallyu stars, will take place Sept. 24 at the Super Arena in Saitama Prefecture, Japan.
Participants of this truly "hallyu day" will include major hallyu actors and singers, such as Lee Byung-hun, Jang Dong-gon, kwon Sang-woo, Kim Seung-woo, Rain, Jewelry, Shin Hye-sung and Maya. The singers will stage two concerts that will also feature 15-minute video screenings of each hallyu actor and actress.
The event, which marks the 40th anniversary of the normalization of Korean-Japanese diplomatic ties, was organized by the Korea Foundation for Asian Culture Exchange, Japan's Fuji TV and Morning Entertainment, Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Myung-sun). SBS will air the event in Korea in early October.
The event has drawn significant attention both in Korea and Japan as it features many top Korean stars all in one place.
