Japanese comic insults K-pop idols

A Japanese comic book about Anti-'Korean wave' has come as a shock to the Korean society as it disparaged K-pop stars, including Girls' Generation and Kara.

The book, titled 'Chase of fabricated K-pop boom', is spreading out quickly on Japanese websites.

It is said in the book girl's idols have to have sex service in the Korean entertainment industry. "The Korean government has invested 20,160 billion won a year to fabricate 'Korean wave' in Japan", the book added.

Drawings in the comic book caused public outrage. The characters of Girls' Generation only wear underwear while Kara was hip-dancing without any clothes, according to the book.

The comic only stresses dark sides of the Korean entertainment such as suicide, bribes and sex service by mentioning Jang Ja-yeon who committed suicide in 2009.

Meanwhile, Korean netizens have got enraged. "It is as rubbish as the country's nationality". "Each agent has to sue for libel", they said.

소녀시대, 카라를 포함한 한국 가수들을 폄하한 '혐한류' 일본 만화책이 한국 사회에 충격을 주고 있다.

'케이팝 붐 날조설 추적' 이라는 제목의 이 만화책은 일본 인터넷 상에서 급속도로 퍼지고 있다.

이 책은 한국 여자 아이돌은 모두 성접대를 해야만 한다고 써있다. 또한 "한국 정부는 일본에서 한류를 조작하기 위해 한 해 20조 1600억 원을 투자하고 있다",고 덧붙였다.

만화책의 그림은 더 많은 분노를 일으켰다. 소녀시대는 속옷 만 입은 체 그려져 있으며, 카라는 누드 상태로 엉덩이 춤을 추고 있다.

이 책은 '故장자연'을 언급 하며, 자살, 뇌물 및 성접대 등 한국 연예계의 어두운 면만 부각시켰다.

한편, 한국 네티즌들은 "저 나라 국민성 만큼이나 쓰레기 같다" 며 "소속사들은 명예 훼손으로 고소 해야만 한다"고 분노했다.
