Ji Chang-wook Confirms Lead in Writer Baek Mi-kyeong's "Melting Me Softly"

Actor Ji Chang-wook is coming back with writer Baek Mi-kyeong's latest.

The new tvN drama "Melting Me Softly" cast Ji Chang-wook as Ma Dong-chan.

"Melting Me Softly" is about a man and a woman who are a part of a project freezing people, ending up waking up 20 years later due to a great conspiracy. It is written by Baek Mi-kyeong ("Miracle That We Met", "Woman of Dignity", "Strong Woman Do Bong-soon") and produced by Sin Woo-cheol ("Where Stars Land", "Gu Family Book", "A Gentleman's Dignity").

Ji Chang-wook plays Ma Dong-chan, a star producer who gets frozen and wakes up 20 years later. He is a hit-making producer who knows how to read the trends. He is supposed to only be frozen for 24 hours as part of his TV show but when he wakes up, he still looks 20 years younger while everyone around him has grown old.

"Melting Me Softly" comes in the latter half of the year.
