Jo Jae-hyun Sues for Allegedly False Rape Accusation

An actress claimed that she was raped by Jo Jae-hyun, but Jo Jae-hyun refutes the claim.

Jo's attorney explained. "It's ridiculous because they had consensual sex and then she asked Jo Jae-hyun for 300 million won. He will sue her for the attempted threat".

This actress claimed on an SBS funE TV show that she was raped by Jo Jae-hyun in the bathroom 16 years ago. She gave a detailed description of the situation at the time and said she was still traumatized.

However, Jo Jae-hyun claims they had consensual sex and her lawyer called his lawyer to ask for 300 million won.

He claims that the actress has asked for money several times. The 'Me Too' movement has been big lately and he claims he's heard that the actress's mother was going through a financial struggle. He thinks she went public because he wouldn't give her money.
