Jung Gyu-woon to star in "The Horse Healer"

Actor Jung Gyu-woon is coming back with "The Horse Healer".

MBC announced on the 10th, "Jung Gyu-woon is appearing in "The Horse Healer" as prince So-hyeon".

Being the eldest son of In-jo and elder brother to Hyo-jong (Choi Deok-moon), Prince So-hyeon was taken hostage by Cheognara when the Manchu War broke out and is known to have been an unfortunate king who passed away at the age of 34.

Jung Gyu-woon revealed, "I decided to s tar in this drama out of trust for director Lee Byeong-hoon. It's short but I shall create a strong impression of prince So-hyeon".

As a sequel to "Golden Time", "The Horse Healer" is about the life of Baek Gwang-hyeon who is a humble horse vet become a royal physician.

Meanwhile, the cast of "The Horse Healer" incudes Cho Seung-woo, Lee Yo-won, Son Chang-min, Yoo Sun, Lee Sang-woo and more.
