Kakako M announced the cast as Jung In-sun, Kang Min-hyuk, Ahn Hee-yeon and Song Jae-rim on the 11th.

"How To Be Thirty" is a romantic drama centered around the work and love lives of women who have just turned thirty. It is based on a webtoon original about a thirty-year-old webtoon artist named Seo Ji-won meeting her middle school first love Lee Seung-yoo as a supervisor in a webtoon company. It realistically depicts the romance and lives people of the same age. It deals with the 'real thirty' of people who thought they'd be grown up once they were past twenty but are still struggling with work and love.

Webtoon artist Seo Ji-won is played by Jung In-sun. Seo Ji-won fails in several webtoon contests but finally gets her chance when she is twenty-five years old. She only becomes a steady writer when she is thirty. She's bold but clumsy and cute.

Kang Min-hyuk who returns with "How To Be Thirty" since his discharge from the military, takes on the role of Lee Seung-yoo, Seo Ji-won's first love from middle school. He is a supervisor at a webtoon company and he is a person who has taken it for granted to be loved for his good looks.

Ahn Hee-yeon is Seo Ji-won's best friend Lee Ran-joo. She used to be a promising announcer but as she becomes thirty she just considers herself 'a regular worker'. Just when she's about to fill the empty space through love at work, she gets entangled with a younger man and goes through a change.

Song Jae-rim is Cha Do-hoon, a movie director who wants to turn Seo Ji-won's work into a movie. He's very professional when it comes to work but develops into an honest friend with Seo Ji-won.

The production team said, ""How To Be Thirty" is about people who thought they'd be grown up if they passed twenty but the drama portrays the work, love, and friendship of thirty-year-olds whose lives are still awkward and difficult".

Meanwhile, "How To Be Thirty" will be created into 15 episodes, 20 minutes long each. Filming begins in August and on a new video platform based on Kakako Talk.
