JYP Entertainment artists to hold joint concert on Xmas Eve

Top Korean singers from major talenthouse JYP Entertainment (JYPE) will hold a concert next month.

JYPE announced in a press release Friday that JYPE founder and CEO Park Jin-young, Wonder Girls, 2PM, JOO, San E and miss A will come together under the name of "JYP Nation" to take the stage of the Olympic Park Stadium for their first-ever joint concert titled "TEAMPLAY" on December 24.

"We hope that many of the fans will look forward to the upcoming concert since it will be the first joint event performed by the artists of JYPE", an official from the company was quoted as saying.

Founded in 1997 by famed singer and producer Park Jin-young, JYPE focuses on various aspects of the entertainment business including music production, new artist recruitment, training and management.

The company is famous for the successful music careers of many K-pop artists including Rain, 2AM and Lim Jeong-hee.

Tickets for JYPE's concert "TEAMPLAY" will be available starting tonight on various online reservations sites.
