K-Pop Rocks Brazil

Some big names in k-pop like Kim Hyun-joong, Ailee, Baechigi, and comedy group, Ongals, all took part in the 2K13 Feel Korea show in San Paulo, Brazil on February 24th.

About 1,600 fans attended the show to watch some of their favorite k-pop acts perform live. The festival runs from February 23-25th, to celebrate the 50th anniversary for Korean immigration into Brazil.

Kim Hyun-joong received quite a warm welcome in particular. The star was met by hundreds of fans at the airport the second he landed, and proceeded to visit Brazil and Peru to meet his South American fans.
