KBS gives up on 'Incarnation of Jealousy' after all, looking for a new drama to substitute

KBS is looking for a new drama that will substitute "Incarnation of Jealousy".

According to an insider in broadcasting circle on May 2nd, KBS is looking for a new drama that will substitute "Incarnation of Jealousy", in which KBS affirmed that they failed to plan "Incarnation of Jealousy" into their programming timetable.

Prior to this, a controversy arose as "Incarnation of Jealousy" acquired airtime with SBS although KBS confirmed that "Incarnation of Jealousy" had been programmed as one of their new Wednesday & Thursday drama last March.

"Incarnation of Jealousy" is a romance comedy drama depicting love and competition between an anchor and a weather forecaster working for a same broadcasting company. It is a new drama by writer Seo Sook-hyang of MBC's "Pasta" and "Miss Korea" and KBS 2TV's 'Romance Town'. Gong Hyo-jin and Cho Jung-seok have been confirmed to headline the drama.
