SS501 Kim Hyun-joong, who has been entrenched in legal battles with his ex-girlfriend, is coming back with a drama.

According to reports, Kim Hyun-joong is coming back with a 12-episode romance drama called "When Time Stopped".

He takes on the role of a time traveler. His age and birth are unknown and he's a character with a lonely life. He finds out the meaning of life when he meets the female lead.

Kim Hyun-joong has been in legal battle with his ex-girlfriend over pregnancy, abuse, and paternity. He was booked for drunk driving in April last year and was fined for 2 million won. Amidst all that, he completed his National Duty and was discharged in February last year. Despite this, a production made it possible for him to come back with a drama for the first time in 4 years.

"When Time Stopped" also stars In Gyo-jin and begins filming in July.
