Kim Jae-won "Not sure about surgery but hope to finish the drama"

Kim Jae-won spoke about his stepping down from the MBC drama "Me Too, Flower!" due to his shoulder injury. Through official papers, his management revealed, "On the first day of the shoot, the scooter Kim Jae-won was on gave a sudden start while stationary. To reduce injuries to other people, he held on to the front brakes causing the scooter to lift almost 90 degrees in angle and dislocation of the shoulder. He was taken to the emergency room. Through three detailed check ups, we have learnt that his shoulder has been dislocated, and his ligaments and bones are slightly fractured. He needs at least three to four weeks of rest and to prevent re-dislocation or disorder, and he can't go under surgery".

However, his management showed signs of wanting to continue with the drama. "We have been preparing hard for the drama with the director and writer so we hope he is in stable condition to go on with the drama in the next three to four weeks and finish the drama together. We promise to work hard to come up with the perfect decision. We also apologize to those who have prepared hard for this drama including actors and actresses, production crew and the fans".

Meanwhile, "Me Too, Flower!" will be broadcasted right after "Can't Lose" and is created by director Ko Dong-seon from "My Wife is a Superwoman" and writer Kim Do-woo from "My Name is Kim Sam-soon".
