Kim Ki-duk's "Moebius" to go to Venice

Kim Ki-duk's "Moebius" has been invited to the 70th Venice International Film Festival (VIFF).

VIFF announced this news on the 25th at a press conference. Kim Ki-duk goes back a long way with VIFF starting from the year 2000 with the movie "The Isle, in 2004 with "3-Iron" which he won 4 different award for and "Pieta" last year. He is revisiting Venice with his nineteenth movie.

"Moebius" caught the attention of all the buyers at the last Cannes International Festival and has been pre-sold to countries like Austria, Italit, Swiss, Greece, Turkey and Russia. It's still being questioned about by countries like Japan, America, Benelux, Norway and more.

Meanwhile, "Moebius" was restricted by the Korea Media Rating Board so it hasn't been released domestically yet. Starring Cho Jae-hyun, Seo Young-joo and Lee Na-ra, "Moebius" is about a man who grew up in a devastated family.
