Kim Kyung-nam Joins "The King: Eternal Monarch"

Actor Kim Kyung-nam has joined writer Kim Eun-sook's latest, "The King: Eternal Monarch".

JR ENT announced on the 17th that Kim Kyung-nam is starring in "The King: Eternal Monarch" as Kang Shin-jae, a homicide detective.
"The King: Eternal Monarch" is a fantasy romance drama in which a deity has unleashed a demon unto the world of humans, and that demon has opened the door to a parallel world.
The drama begins filming later this year and aims for a broadcast in early 2020.
Kim Kyung-nam's character of Kang Shin-jae is one who becomes a detective because of a nightmare he has. Jeong Tae-eul (Kim Go-eun), who has a close relationship with Kang Shin-jae, is someone he wants to dream about everyday.
