Kim Min-jun to Star in "The Singer"

Kim Min-jun comes back with a film for the first time in 3 years.

Actor Kim Min-jun is starring in the movie "The Singer".

"The Singer" is the story of comfort women and a sequel to the 2016 film "Spirits' Homecoming" by director Cho Jung-rae. "The Singer" is a sageuk drama about pansori based in the late Joseon times, depicting the sorrows experienced by vocalists during the era.

Meanwhile, "The Singer" begins filming in later this year and it's going to be released in 2020.
