Kim Myung-min Casted In Movie, "Open City"

Actor Kim Myung-min, who gained popularity for his role as the cold doctor Jang Joon-Hyeok in the drama "White Tower", has been cast as the lead male character for the movie "Open City".

On the 27th, the movie entertainment company, Ivision Entertainment, said that Kim Myung-min will play the role of Jo Dae Young, a criminal investigator who has the greatest number of successful arrests. The movie "Open City" will be about the showdown between a syndicate running a pick pocketing business and criminal investigators.

Not only will Kim Myung-min show thrilling action stunts in this movie, but also melodramatic scenes where he express sadness and hate towards the mother who abandoned him, and the impossible love between him and woman who he met by chance.

"Open City" will start filming in July and aims to finish in December.
