Kim Soo-hyun to join military

Key East announced on the 28th that Kim Soo-hyun will be starting his military service on the 23rd of October. He will go through five weeks of basic training and then be dispatched to his base.

Kim Soo-hyun had mentioned once in 2008 on his SNS, "I get sick frequently. I have an irregular heartbeat and I need surgery". He then revealed that he'd gotten much better later on. Kim Soo-hyun had initially gotten a level 4 in physical examination which meant he was to serve public duty, but he'd maintained his health well enough to get himself a level 1.

Kim Soo-hyun won't be having any official events before he leaves. His discharge date is 22nd of July, 2019.
