Kim Won-jun Hired to Teach Music at Gangdong College

Singer Kim Won-jun has added another string to his bow by accepting a job as a professor of applied music at Gangdong College in Eumseong, North Chungcheong Province.

"We decided to create the applied music department next year to produce competitive professional musicians, and we've already employed Kim as a professor and dean of the department", the college said on Monday.

The 39-year-old, who debuted as a singer 20 years ago, said, "I will draw on all my experience gleaned from my musical career to teach them as much as I can".

Kim debuted in 1992 after graduating from the film department of the Seoul Institute of the Arts. He also appeared as a singer in the KBS2 weekend drama "My Husband Got a Family", which recently finished airing.
