Korea Ranked 16th in Forbes' List of Best Countries for Doing Business

Korea ranked 16th in Forbes magazine's annual ranking of the "Best Countries for Business", up three spots from last year.

Forbes evaluates some 161 countries based on 15 factors, including property rights, innovation and technology.

Korea was one spot ahead of the U.S. and a couple of notches above Japan. Despite the uncertainty surrounding Brexit, the U.K. topped the list for the second straight year. Sweden was second. Hong Kong was the highest-ranked Asian country at No. 3.
