'The Chestnut Tree' of Producer Hyeon-Min Lee will be screened as a hopeful Asian producer movie with Japanese and Hong Kong films.

Youtube, the world's greatest website for sharing moving images, announced that three hopeful producers of Asia including Korean producer Hyeon-Min Lee will screen their films on 'Youtube Screen (http://kr.youtube.com/ytscreeningroom)'

Last July, Youtube has set up 'Youtube Screen' as a film channel in order to support those who produced films but have never get chances to screen their movies. So every Friday, a new movie will be screened through 'Youtube Screen' by HD (High Definition) player.

'The Chestnut Tree' ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VsS4Tk-lrxo ) by Korea Producer Hyeon-Min Lee has been produced to 2D animation by using traditional hand-drawing technique. Its image expresses a happy point of time in life of Mom and a young daughter when they have spent time under the chestnut tree like a piece of watercolor painting. This film got awarded by short stories of '2007 LA Women Film Festival'. Also it has been selected for Ani-Award hosted by American International Animation Association twice.

Producer Hyeon-Min Lee studied drawing in WesleyanUniversityand obtained Master of Animation in California Institute of the Art. Now she has been working as the first female Asian 2D animator in Disney.

"I hope Korean short film producers will show their films and talents through 'Youtube Screen' to the world audiences" said Director Hyeong-Wook Park, the Asia-Pacific Marketing Manager of Youtube.
