The Korean movie 'Volcano High' premieres throughout the United States on music network MTV on December 21st, that's this coming Sunday.
Directed by Kim Tae-gyun, the film about a high school student with unique powers was acquired by the American entertainment channel earlier this year.

The dubbing and soundtrack were redone by celebrity hip-hop artistes including Method Man, Snoop Dogg, and the Ying Yang Twins.

An MTV senior vice president reportedly came across "Volcano High" on the international film fest circuit and was impressed by its special effects, seeing potential in presenting the movie as a groundbreaking project mixing hip-hop and what he saw to be kung-fu.
