Korean music goes to France Cannes

Korea Culture & Content Agency' (KOCCA, CEO: Suh, Byung-moon) announced that from Jan.21~25, 35 of Korean music industry companies are attending music contents exhibition (MIDEM 2007) in France Cannes to inform Korean music contents' greatness.

MIDEM is organized by France media group 'Reed Midem, the biggest music industry exhibition in the world. There will be 90 countries, 10000 people who are in music business. Korea Culture & Content Agency gathered national companies and attended this exhibition as Korean music industry pavilion since 2000.

Same as before also this year they will make a Korean music industry pavilion that includes record, producing, distribution and other related companies. Some companies are SM Entertainment, CJ Music, KTF, 35companies including these companies and through attending this exhibition they will get support for local marketing.

Last year Korea Culture & Content Agency expecting export amount was $10m and contract amount was $2.5m.
