Korean Singer Rain: "I'm Ready to 'Rain' the World"

Korean singer Rain will be performing at the Caesar's Palace Hotel's Colosseum in Las Vegas on Dec. 23-24. The shows will feature songs performed in Korean, Chinese, Japanese and English.

Rain's performances in Las Vegas are part of the proceeds from his world tour "Rain's Coming". His world tour was designed by World Vision's project to assist Asian children who suffer from AIDS.

He kicked off his whirlwind, 11-nation, six-month "Rain's Coming" tour starting with a concert in Seoul that will also take him to the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Japan and Canada.

On Dec. 15, he performed his first concert in a two-hour concert at Seoul's Olympic Stadium which opened his world tour and will continue to launch his musical talents in Korea and overseas.

At Olympic Stadium, he sang some of his hit songs to a sellout crowd including "Me", "Handshake" and "Why Of All Things". He sang these and other songs like a magician moving around the stage in a seemingly effortless manner. His hit songs "Bad Boyfriend" and "Instead of Saying Goodbye" featured a tango and rock arrangement.
