A causal game called 'Tales Runner' serviced by NOWCOM (Representative: Dae-Yeon Kim and Yong-Shik Mun) and invented by Rhaon Entertainment Inc (Representative: Jae-Suk Park) will launch 'Tales Farm Package VOL.4' which is consisted of traditional characters through strategic co-operation with Korea Culture Contents Licensing Association (the President: Seoung-Ho Choi).
It is a new trial to insert traditional characters for partial payment in online games like 'Tales Runner'. The enterprise said, 'Co-operations between games were not rare from the past, but it will be more systemic by participation of Korean Culture Contents Licensing Association than independent groups so I feel that the future is very bright".
"This case, which has been started by making them itemized in the game, will be more extended" and "It is not just a part of licensing but also it will be a good example of media-mix with creating new models". explained Korean Culture Contents Licensing Association.
Korean Culture Contents Licensing Association will conduct more projects based on various projects by applying traditional characters with win-win strategies of various Korean cultural contents (films, musicals, games, IPTV, dramas, broadcastings, Edu-entertainment, mobiles, etc.) so it will be hard time for foreign characters which like to be settled in Korean market.
