sure. (spoiler) after the surgery, he became a genius but there was somewhat side effect to it/ mistake. he tends to pass out and his hands shake uncontrollably. In the end, the character of Kim Ok Bin becomes a real teacher for mentally handicapped stude

One of the best korean series i've ever seen! Although not so happy ending, it's very good. I recommend this series.
