i think the director lets us, viewers to think of the ending, of what really happened...well, i still can't think of any ending, of whose who in the body of Hee-do in the ending but it's a great movie and has a very unique plot! bravo! heheh

I'm confused...[ok spoiler ahead to those who haven't watched this yet..don’t read further] to me it seems that...

the "bad guy" lost the bet so he asked to do the surgery where the memory of the young guy is put into his body (and therefore the original guy's memory is erased and he dies as an old man

and so that's him (the bad guy) at the end just with the memory of the original guy..but he only found out he's his son before the operation so he didn't have a chance to rethink it

......so in a way it's kinda the same thing as switching back the brains only their personalities stay the same which explains how he only wants to sleep and smokes in the same way as that guy.

..OR..they did switch back...but he continues to smoke because his body got used to it..altho we haven't seen the guy smoke before in the film he may have already smoked before...

...and the similarities are there just because they are related..and he wants to sleep because he got so accustomed to the old body

...OR...this film is one of those where it's up to the viewers to decide and the director himself wasn't sure of what ending to choose?
