Several Chinese media claimed that Lee Da-hae signed to cast in the movie "Lemon" but left the deal on her own will and didn't return the 150 millon won she already received out of the 300 million won she was supposed to get. They also claimed that she stepped down from the contract because the opposing actor was too old and that she was now tangled in a compensating suit of 34 billion won.

Foresta Entertainment claims, "This is a type of typical noise marketing and there is no need to even deal with it".

"About the movie "Lemon", it was something that happened 2 years ago and it's been clarified. These absurd stories are only now starting to come out. It's just dirty play".

"Chinese media are only trying to break her because she is so popular in China. We have never heard of such a lawsuit and it's not true".

"We hope this kind of thing doesn't happen again for the sake of Korean and Chinese cultural tradings".

Meanwhile, Lee Da-hae has become one of the hottest Hallyu stars in China and is soon coming back with the upcoming KBS 2TV drama "IRIS 2".
